1. Validity of the General Terms and Conditions
1.1 The website www.jeuneprimeur.ch is intended for all Jeune-Primeur customers.
With a personal user name and password, it is possible to register and purchase products online. The agreed price conditions and payment methods also apply to online purchases. The customer accounts on the website www.jeuneprimeur.ch take these conditions into account.
All orders placed with Jeune-Primeur AG (hereinafter “JP”) on the website www.jeuneprimeur.ch are subject exclusively to these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”). By placing an order with JP, you are deemed to have read and understood the GTC and declare that you agree with them. The respective valid GTC apply to all orders and form an integral part of the contract with the purchaser. By using the site www.jeuneprimeur.ch, you also accept that you are subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
JP recommends that you read these carefully before using the services provided on this site.
1.2 General terms and conditions of purchase of the purchaser are hereby rejected. Deviations from the GTC shall only be effective if they are confirmed by JP in writing.
1.3 JP reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time with effect for the future and to publish them accordingly. Any order placed after the publication of a new version of the GTC by JP shall be placed on the basis of and acceptance of the version of the GTC valid at the time.
2. Registration
2.1 Before placing your first order, you must register with JP at www.jeuneprimeur.ch and create a personal account. You must ensure that the data provided to us during your registration is complete and correct. After your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. If your contact details such as address, contact person, or other details change, you must update them accordingly.
2.2 Your password created during registration must be kept strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties. You assume sole responsibility for the use of your password and the orders placed with it, including any orders placed without your knowledge.
3. Orders
3.1 Each order is listed on the customer account.
3.2 JP offers to sell its products while stocks last.
3.3 JP reserves the right to refuse an order, in particular in the event of unpaid invoices or inability to pay.
4. Delivery
4.1 JP shall endeavour to deliver the ordered products to the desired address, on the desired order date, after confirmation of the order. Delivery dates shall only be deemed to be guaranteed if they have been confirmed in writing.
4.2 The risks of loss or deterioration of the goods (benefit and risk) are transferred to you upon delivery (handover of the goods).
4.3 Deliveries are made exclusively in our tour area and during the noted delivery days.
5. Inspection of the goods/defects
5.1 You are responsible for checking the quantity and perfect condition of the goods upon delivery. In the event of missing or damaged products, your complaints or objections must be made by telephone or via e-mail to JP within 12 hours of receipt of the delivery. Invoices and delivery bills must be kept.
5.2 JP will replace or credit the missing or damaged goods in accordance with a verbal or written agreement.
5.3 Any defects shall not release you from the obligation to comply with the agreed terms of payment.
5.4 Apart from the subsequent delivery of defect-free goods (replacements) or a credit note, further claims such as reductions of the purchase price or withdrawal from the contract, are expressly excluded.
6. Prices and invoicing
6.1 The prices published on the website www.jeuneprimeur.ch are suggestive and non-binding. The corresponding offers are subject to change in every respect and are not binding for JP. Price adjustments are expressly reserved. With the written confirmation of an order by JP, the prices shall be deemed agreed and fixed for that particular order.
6.2 The delivery costs published by JP shall apply depending on the scope of your order and the desired delivery method. In the absence of any indication to the contrary, you shall be responsible for the delivery costs, which shall be invoiced to you separately.
7. Payment
7.1 Only the payment method agreed with the customer will be available when placing an order through www.jeuneprimeur.ch.
7.2 Any delay in payment, without a reminder, will result in the customer being in default with the corresponding legal consequences.
8. Data protection
8.1 JP does not sell your personal data to third parties and treats them strictly confidentially, in accordance with the applicable laws and the company’s data protection policy.
8.2 In accordance with applicable laws, you have the right to access and correct your personal data. To do so, contact JP in writing.
8.3 Deep Impact, as a system provider, may access data for support purposes.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1 Claims for damages from impossibility of performance, from breach of contract, from negligence when concluding the contract, and from unlawful acts, are excluded against JP, as well as against auxiliary persons and substitutes, unless there are intentional or grossly negligent transactions. Any liability for consequential damages, resulting from the delivery and use of the goods, is rejected.
9.2 In any scenario, any liability shall be limited to the respective value of the ordered goods.
10. Applicable laws and place of jurisdiction
10.1 The present General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law.

Orders for the following day must be made by 12 midnight otherwise there can be no guarantee that all or only part of the order can be delivered the next morning. Due to our daily purchasing, we guarantee absolute TOP quality produce. Typically, we deliver “just in time” in keeping with respective transitional phases (seasonal changes)
In the case of weather-related cancellations, some articles may be missing or arrive later. We will inform you if necessary, or appropriate replacement items will be delivered. Terms of payment are 30 days net. If you have any questions and/or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us during the opening hours listed above.
